Watch Real Madrid star Eduardo Camavinga show his class by gifting whole Ukraine Under-21 team France shirts

Camavinga, 19, entered the opponents’ changing room handing them the French shirt and giving a speech showing solidarity with Ukraine due to the war.

He said: “This is the shirt for all the people.

“We know the current situation is not okay and very complicated, so this is a present for everyone from all the team.

“We hope the situation will be better for you soon.”

He was then applauded by everyone assembled in the dressing room.

The gesture has been praised by fans on social media, one said: “so classy, respect to him.”

Another stated: “what a person, what a role model.”

The match itself was due to be played in Ukraine but because of the ongoing conflict it was moved to Istanbul, Turkey.

Camavinga has featured for France’s Under-21 side 12 times and even has three caps for the senior team.

The central midfielder appeared regularly for Los Blancos throughout the season, his first campaign at the Bernabeu since making the move from Rennes.

He helped Real Madrid win the LaLiga title and Champions League.

The teenager played four minutes of the final as they beat Liverpool 1-0.
