MAURO ICARDI put his relationship issues to one side to score a cheeky penalty for Galatasaray against Istanbulspor.
The striker, 29, is on a season-long loan at Galatasaray from Paris Saint-Germain.
And although he has had to deal with issues off the pitch, Icardi showed his cool to score a panenka penalty against Instanbulspor to win the game.
It was Icardi’s first goal for his new club and the perfect response after his wife Wanda Nara announced their break-up on Friday.
The pair’s issues are well documented and they split in October last year before patching things up.
But problems have reportedly re-emerged due to the long-distance nature of their relationship, with Wanda Nara a judge on Argentina’s ‘Who is the mask?’.

Icardi had dismissed those claims and insisted he and Wanda were happy together – but the model has now revealed otherwise.
Taking to Instagram earlier this week, she wrote: “It is very painful for me to live this moment.
“But given my exposure and the things that are transcending and the media speculation, it is preferable that they know about it from me.
“I have nothing more to clarify and I am not going to give any kind of detail about this separation.

“Please, I ask that you understand not only for me, but also for our children.”
Wanda also replied to a follower who asked how long she has been married to Icardi, writing: “We were nine years.”
Icardi did not show signs that he was coping with a break-up however, unlike last year when he flew to Milan to repair his relationship following rumours he had cheated on Wanda.
