Watch heartwarming moment boy runs on pitch to console devastated keeper after he concedes injury-time goal


A YOUNG pitch invader consoled Defensa y Justicia goalkeeper Ezequiel Unsain with a warm embrace after his side were cruelly beaten late on by Boca Juniors.

The Argentine top-flight outfit looked to be holding on for a point at home against Hugo Ibarra’s side.

But the visitors snatched a dramatic winner at the death as Luis Vazquez scuffed home an effort in the 92nd minute.

Unsain sunk to his knees following the full-time whistle in devastation that he failed to keep a clean sheet.

And in an effort to cheer him up, a young fan darted on the pitch where he too dropped to the grass to give him a hug.

In heartwarming scenes, Unsain put his arms around the supporter before the pair rose to their feet together.

Unsain’s team-mate Nazareno Colombo then came over where he put his arm around the shot-stopper while giving the supporter a pat on his head.

Fellow football fans were loving the wholesome content, as one said: “If you need to watch one video today, it’s this one. The Soul Embrace 2.0.”

Another remarked: “This video is what you all need for today.”

A third added: “There is nothing like the emotions that football gives you.”
