Tottenham announce THIRTEEN players released with Gollini sent back to Atalanta as Conte turns down permanent transfer

TOTTENHAM have confirmed the release of 13 players ahead of pre-season.

The goalkeeper’s deal could have become permanent if he had made 20 appearances or Spurs had paid a £12.9million buy-out option.

But manager Antonio Conte opted against triggering his fellow Italian’s release clause.

The North Londoners also announced the departure of development squad players J’Neil Bennett, Kacper Kurylowicz, Dermi Lusala, Thimothee Lo-Tutala, Josh Oluwayemi, Tobi Omole and Isak Solberg.

Omole was a regular during the first team’s training sessions last season.
