GARY NEVILLE has continued his campaign against the Glazers’ ownership of Manchester United, saying “the timing feels right to sell”.
The United legend, 47, has been a vocal critic of the Glazer family and their running of the club.
Neville has also labelled the ownership’s neglect of Old Trafford as “unforgivable”, with rivals Liverpool modernising Anfield’s main stand successfully.
And, despite redevelopment plans for Old Trafford, Neville says “the timing feels right to sell” as he “can’t see them raising further debt at the level required” for the project.
He tweeted: “I may be completely wide of the mark, but my gut feeling is the Glazers have to sell.
“They’ve committed to a new plan and stadium redevelopment, and the costs are substantial.

A price tag to buy United has reportedly been set.
And a new change of ownership at United will only happen if an interested party forks out £3.75BILLION.
Britian’s richest man Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced his intentions to buy his beloved club from the Americans last month.

And Formula One legend Lewis Hamilton has recently hinted at getting involved with the 69-year-old’s potential bid.
It remains to be seen whether Ratcliffe would be prepared to meet the Glazers’ £3.75bn asking price.
Though the figure could be within the price range of a sovereign wealth fund such as Dubai.
Dubai are yet to make their move in the Premier League with Abu Dhabi in control of Manchester City, while Newcastle were taken over by Saudi Arabia last year.
One possible United buyer could be the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum.

Celebrity Net Worth have stated that the 73-year-old is worth a whopping £12.2bn.
That is just more than Ratcliffe, who is said to be worth £11bn.
