WALSALL have announced the signing of Tammy Abraham’s younger brother Timmy on a free transfer.
The 21-year-old, who is also a forward like his Roma and England international sibling, was released by Fulham in June.

Timmy Abraham has penned a one-year contract with League Two side Walsall Credit: Saddlers.co.uk He has been on trial with the League Two club throughout pre-season, and he has shone enough to earn himself a one-year contract.
Abraham said: “I’m very happy to be able to come here and play for this team and put this shirt on.
“I’ve enjoyed integrating with the boys, getting to know the environment and the coaching staff.
“I love running in behind, I love working hard for the team, scoring goals and assisting and hopefully, here is where I start that period of consistent goals and assists.

Walsall boss Michael Flynn, who signed Abraham on loan last season at previous club Newport County, said: “Timmy has done well in pre-season.
“He showed a real work ethic and desire to try and earn a contract here. What he adds to the squad is unbelievable pace.
“He’s a smashing lad, he works hard and now we’ve got to try and improve him in certain areas for him to hopefully fulfil the potential he could have.”

Abraham came through the ranks at Fulham and featured in the Papa John’s Trophy.
He enjoyed loan spells at Bristol Rovers, Plymouth Argyle and Raith Rovers before heading to Newport, where he scored three goals in 17 matches for the Exiles.
Meanwhile, his brother Tammy is continuing to thrive in Italy following last year’s move from Chelsea to Roma.
He broke the Serie A record for most goals scored by an Englishman during his first campaign there.
His 17 top-flight goals helped Jose Mourinho’s side to finish sixth – and they also won the Europa Conference League.
