SCOTT BROWN is set to become Fleetwood Town manager next week, according to reports.
The 36-year-old announced his retirement from playing football last week.

Brown took to Instagram to say: “So after 20 years, almost 800 appearances at club level, 55 caps for my country, 10 league titles, 6 Scottish Cup and 7 League Cup wins, it is with a heavy heart that I hang up my boots.
“When I first started playing, I never dreamt that I would achieve everything that I have. 23 honours and captaining club and country.
“For this, I would like to thank every team-mate, coach, backroom staff and everyone behind the scenes that I have worked with over the years.

And it looks like he has already found his first club.
According to the Daily Mail, the former Celtic skipper is set to become manager of League One side Fleetwood Town.
He will take over from Stephen Crainey, who was appointed interim manager until the end of the 2021/22 season.
Crainey was offered the interim role in December following Simon Grayson’s departure.
Fleetwood narrowly escaped relegation this season after finishing above Gillingham on goal difference alone.
