NEW Tottenham signing Richarlison has been banned for one game for lobbing a lit flare at Goodison Park last season.
The Brazilian, who last week completed a £60million switch to Spurs, was charged by the FA for the incident which took place during Everton’s 1-0 win over Chelsea in May.

Richarlison, 25, scored the only goal of the game and then picked up the firework in celebration and threw it back into the crowd.
The Football Association have now decided to punish the former Toffee, meaning he will miss Spurs’ curtain-raiser at home to Southampton on August 6.
He has also been fined £25,000 for his actions.
An FA statement read: “An independent Regulatory Commission has suspended Richarlison de Andrade for one match and fined him £25,000 following a breach of FA Rule E3 that took place during a Premier League game on Sunday 1 May 2022.

Lenglet to Tottenham in ‘FINAL’ steps, Richarlison’s BAN, Poch SACKED by PSG
“The Tottenham Hotspur FC forward admitted that his conduct while playing for Everton FC during the 46th minute of this game against Chelsea FC was improper, and his sanction was imposed during a subsequent hearing.”
Spurs were well aware that this could be the outcome of the probe when agreeing to buy the ex-Watford forward.
And while they obviously would not like to see their new man get in this sort of trouble when playing for them, it highlights a feistiness in Richarlison which made him an attractive signing.
Spurs beat off late competition from London rivals Chelsea to capture the versatile striker, who played a key role in keeping Everton up last season.
His first match in a Tottenham shirt could now be at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea on August 13.
Antonio Conte’s side spent £50m up front, with another £10m in add-ons, on Richarlison who signed a five-year deal.
Spurs are still looking for more defensive recruits and are continuing talks with both Barcelona and Middlesbrough over respective potential signings Clement Lenglet and Djed Spence.
