  • That’s all from Ibrox

Rangers drew 2-2 with PSV Eindhoven in the first leg of their Champions League play-off at Ibrox Stadium.

The Gers had a penalty appeal on 27 minutes claiming Jordan Teze handed the ball inside PSV’s box but the referee waved play on after a VAR check.

Eindhoven opened the scoring after 37 minutes when Connor Goldson tried to head Cody Gakpo’s corner away but found Teze who passed the ball back to Ibrahima Sangare and set him up for the opener.

However, Rangers responded just three minutes later with some lovely passing as Steven Davis found James Tavernier down the right with a beautiful switch.

Tavernier delivered a crisp low cross to Antonio Colak, who beat Walter Benitez with a clinical shot.

Rangers turned things around in the most unbelievable way after 70 minutes.

Tom Lawrence’s weak free-kick from distance went straight to Benitez but the PSV keeper failed to hold on to the ball and he saw it going over the goal line.

But the visitors equalised just eight minutes later when Gakpo’s corner-kick from the right found Armando Obispo who beat Jon McLaughlin with a thunderous header.
