CHELSEA owner Roman Abramovich has been banned from making any money of the club after being slapped with sanctions.
The billionaire was hit with the punishment over his relationship with Russian president Vladimir Putin – who began an illegal invasion of Ukraine a fortnight ago.

The oligarch had stuck a staggering £3billion asking price on the Blues as he looked to add to his already vast fortune.
But how does Abramovich compare to the rest of the Premier League’s foreign owners in terms of wealth?
The Russian is said to be worth a whopping £9bn – good for only THIRD in the top flight.

But the 2008 arrival of Sheikh Mansour at Manchester City saw the Chelsea owner slip down to second.
Sheikh Mansour is valued at a staggering £15bn.

And in taking over the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund became the wealthiest owners in world football, let alone the Prem.
Arsenal’s American owners – Kroenke Sports & Entertainment – are worth £8bn, with Aston Villa (Nassef Sawiris and Wes Edens) and Wolves’ owners (Fosun International) valued at £7bn apiece.
Leicester’s Thai owners are worth £6bn, with Leeds (Andrea Radrizzani) and Liverpool’s chiefs (Fenway Sports Group) half that amount at £3bn apiece.
Everton’s owner Farhad Moshiri is worth £3bn, with Watford’s Gino Pozzo just £90m.
Southampton and Burnley are both also run by foreign owners (Dragan Solak and ALK Capital respectively), with their wealth currently unknown.
