A late goal from Andy Delort secured all three points for Le Gym to send the club up to second place in the Ligue 1 table.
But, Neymar managed to get himself in trouble with the officials AFTER the final whistle.
Gouiri was keen to showboat after the referee ended the game and tried a rainbow flick.
However, the Brazilian took offence to this and reacted by pushing the striker.
Both the referee and the linesman had to intervene to prevent a potential fight from breaking out.
Neymar has a history of showboating and frustrating his opponents.
He played a huge part in PSG’s 1-0 win over Real Madrid in the Champions League last month, earning the assist in spectacular style with an audacious flick despite being on the pitch for just 20 minutes.
The 30-year-old was also up to his old tricks against Montpellier when the two sides met at the beginning of February.
But, he was booked by the referee when he attempted the flick 36 minutes into the game.
PSG have a tough task on their hands as they travel to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium to take on Real Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League round-of-16 clash.
The Parisians have a one-goal advantage on the Spanish giants.
