Man Utd’s 2021 wages revealed with Sancho club’s second highest-paid star on £350k a week and departed Pogba on £290k

MAN UTD are no strangers to paying stars large salaries.

And their 2021 wage list made interesting reading – with that year’s £73million signing Jadon Sancho leaping to become one of the club’s top earners on £350,000-per-week.

It was a huge jump for Sancho from the £100,000-per-week deal he was on at Dortmund.

David De Gea topped the list, raking in £375,000 per week – totalling £19.5million a year.

However, it is worth noting their 2022 wage list would see Cristiano Ronaldo leading the way – on a reported £510,000-per-week.

But Sancho did slide in ahead of Paul Pogba, with the Frenchman earning £290,000 per week, before he recently departed to Juventus.

Anthony Martial (£250k), Edinson Cavani (£210k) and Marcus Rashford (£200k) are the others who broke the £200,000-a-week barrier – although Cavani was released last month.

Captain Harry Maguire pockets £190,000 per week while two-time United player-of-the-year Bruno Fernandes gets £180,000.

In fact, 14 first-team players all earn £100,000 or more per week, with the likes of Luke Shaw (£150k) and Fred (120k) next on the list.
