Fulham in Pereira bid
The Cottagers have reportedly launched an £11million bid for Manchester United misfit Andreas Pereira.
The Mail claims the Brazilian is not in Erik ten Hag’s plans for next season.
And United are ready to sell Pereira for a cut-price fee this summer.
The versatile midfielder, 26, has been on loan at Flamengo for the last year.
But the Samba giants are hesitant about making Pereira’s deal permanent after just seven goals in 52 games.
And that has opened the door for Fulham to pounce.
Barca in shock Maguire bid

Instead, De Jong is set to move to Old Trafford in a straight cash deal with Barca holding out for £69million.
Until recently the two clubs were a long way apart but talks have progressed over the weekend and there is hope a compromise can be reached.

Hammers after United target
West Ham have made contact with Villarreal over signing Arnaut Danjuma.
The Dutch attacker, 25, has had a stellar season in both La Liga and Europe having moved from then-relegated Bournemouth last summer.
And the Hammers, who have been linked with him before, appear keen to see if a deal can be done to bring Danjuma back to the Premier League.
However, they face competition from some of Europe’s top clubs.

Danjuma is believed to have a release clause of £45million, having left the Cherries for £20m.

Manchester United remain in “direct contact” with Barcelona regarding a move for Frenkie de Jong, according to reports.
The Red Devils are eager to reunite the midfielder with his former Ajax boss Erik ten Hag.
According to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the two clubs are discussing a guaranteed fee of around £55million, after an initial offer of £51.6m plus add-ons was turned down.
Harry’s honeymoon with Fern
Harry Maguire has been given special permission to jet off on his honeymoon by new Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag.

Fulham are hopeful of confirming the signing of former Man United target Joao Palhinha in the next 72 hours, writes SunSport’s Jordan Davies.
After hijacking Wolves’ approach for the 26-year-old Sporting Lisbon midfielder, the Cottagers want to get a deal over the line as quickly as possible.
And SunSport understands that Palhinha will return from his holiday ton Monday and head straight to west London with a view to completing the switch on a five-year deal.
This transfer saga began at the beginning of this month with Wolves confident they would nab Palhinha for around £20m after advanced talks.
However, Palhinha’s involvement in the Nations League with Portugal – as well as Wolves’ failing attempts to sell Ruben Neves – saw the move stall.
Fulham pounced, with boss Marco Silva speaking with Palhinha directly on the phone to convince him to snub Molineux for Craven Cottage.
Tuchel on Cristiano Ronaldo
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has previously gushed over reported target Cristiano Ronaldo.
Upon the Portuguese’s return to Manchester United last year, Tuchel said: “I don’t think it’s good if he plays for any of our rivals!
“If he ends up in the Premier League, it’s good for the Premier League and shows how competitive and how difficult this league is.
“At the same time it will make life harder for us. I’m hearing it now for the first time so let’s wait and see what happens.”

Erik ten Hag is ordering Manchester United ground staff to cut the grass to EXACTLY 15mm and making the players eat together.
The Carrington training ground staff will be giving the pitch a trim to encourage slick passing.
New boss Ten Hag, 52, doesn’t believe in hard fitness drills to kick off the campaign but will be doing ball work with the squad to work on technique.
The Mirror report that Ten Hag is “all about training the brain”.
The first two days of pre-season will involve tests on the players’ fitness before moving to double sessions with the football.

Lingard to West Ham ‘complete’
Jesse Lingard is on the brink of returning to West Ham on a permanent basis.
Lingard spent the first half of last season on loan with the Hammers before returning to United.

Roy Keane was subject to a chorus of boos when cheering on his hometown side Cork on the weekend.
Keane returned to Cork to watch their match against Dublin.
But the former Red Devils midfielder was booed when he appeared on the big screen in front of 50,000 fans.
However, Keane took the jibes well as he was pictured smiling amid the racous jeers.
Dembele ‘unhappy with Chelsea offer’
Ousmane Demebele is reportedly unhappy with Chelsea’s contract offer.
And he’s considering remaining at Barcelona as a result of the Blues’ underwhelming proposition.
That’s according to Sport, who claim Chelsea’s simultaneous pursuit of Raheem Sterling has hampered the amount they could offer Dembele.
This could be good news for Man United who were previously linked with the winger.
Leeds ‘want Raphinha bidding war’
Leeds are looking to spark a bidding war for Raphinha, according to reports.
Arsenal had an initial bid for the midfielder turned down last week,
And football reporter Ryan Taylor reckons the Whites rejected Arsenal’s offer to whip up interest in the Brazilian.
He told Give Me Sport: “When I spoke to a contact on Monday to try and find out about the interest, I was told that Arsenal are interested but that the kind of feeling is Leeds are looking to encourage a bidding war.
“And Deco is also in the mix in driving up that sort of speculation. Arsenal are keen, but as of Monday, there was no significant developments. Obviously, that changed with the bid on Tuesday.”
