LA GALAXY are interested in signing former Barcelona star Luis Suarez, according to reports.
The striker re-joined boyhood club Nacional in the summer but his contract with the Uruguayan club expires next month ahead of the World Cup.
And there are believed to be several MLS clubs considering a move for the former Liverpool star, including Inter Miami.
LA Galaxy have been in contact with Suarez’s agent with the two parties holding a meeting over the summer, report AS.
And the Galaxy could reportedly get rid of former Juventus winger Douglas Costa to make Suarez their designated player.
But Suarez, 35, refused to be drawn into speculation about his future when asked about a move to MLS.

“I’m thinking about and enjoying myself at Nacional.”
He did rule out a return to Europe however and that could open the door for LA Galaxy to make a move.
The five-time MLS champions are reportedly planning to offer Suarez £6.1million a year.
