LIVERPOOL continue their hunt on league leaders Manchester City when they welcome West Ham United to Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp’s men haven’t put a foot wrong as of late as they continue to pick up win after win.
Having secured the first English trophy of the season, the Reds went on to book their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals by scraping a 2-1 victory over Norwich City.
However, Liverpool must now turn their attentions on trying to close the gap between themselves and Pep Guardiola’s team who sit top of the tree.
And for all West Ham’s fantastic work so far, the East London club are beginning to struggle which was evident in their 3-1 exile from the FA Cup on Wednesday so the Reds will be rubbing their hands together.

Team news
Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Thiago’s hamstring injury sustained in the warm up before the Carabao Cup final is a short term issue so he could return to the squad despite missing the 2-1 win over Norwich.
Roberto Firmino was also unavailable with a muscular problem so the Brazilian will need to be assessed ahead of the match.
And Curtis Jones was precautionarily taken off because he felt a tweak in his thigh, but the Liverpool boss stated that “it was not a real injury” so the Englishman should be fit and raring to go.
Angelo Ogbonna is the only long-term absentee for West Ham but Ryan Fredericks, Vladamir Coufal and Arthur Masuaku were all absent for the FA Cup loss against Southampton so their chances of featuring are in jeopardy.
Left-back Aaron Creswell also wasn’t involved so he’ll need to do a late fitness ahead of the trip to Liverpool.
