Gunners triumph in Dubai

Arsenal were crowned champions of this year’s Dubai Super Cup on Tuesday after defeating AC Milan.

The Gunners also took the bonus point in the penalty shootout that followed to finish with the maximum eight points from their two games.

With Liverpool also losing their opener – 3-1 against Lyon – this afternoon’s closing game between the Reds and the Rossoneri is a race to avoid finishing with the wooden spoon.
