ALAN SHEARER accused Manchester United star Jadon Sancho of “f****** diving” during their goalless draw with Newcastle on Sunday afternoon.
The Red Devils were left frustrated by Eddie Howe’s side as they failed to find a way through the Magpies’ organised defence.
Sancho felt he should have had a penalty when Sean Longstaff appeared to swipe the England man’s legs from under him after he had cut inside.
But referee Craig Pawson waved play on, much to the fury of the Man Utd supporters.
VAR did not feel a clear and obvious error had taken place, so play continued.

Shearer’s comment came after Cristiano Ronaldo also appealed for a spot kick earlier in the match following an incident with Kieran Trippier.
After the game, Man Utd boss Erik ten Hag refused to speak on the penalty claim involving Sancho and Longstaff.
When asked about it, he simply said: “I don’t have a comment, everyone has seen it.”

United could have won the game after the penalty appeal, but Marcus Rashford and Fred both missed good chances.
The result sees Ten Hag’s side fall three points behind the top four in the Premier League table.
But they have lost just once in seven league matches ahead of their clash with Tottenham at Old Trafford on Wednesday evening.
Newcastle meanwhile were fuming after Callum Wilson felt he should have been awarded a penalty himself.
