JAMES MADDISON suffered an injury scare moments after scoring for Leicester at West Ham.
Maddison, fresh from being named in Gareth Southgate’s squad, opened the scoring at the London Stadium.
But the 25-year-old was replaced before the half hour mark with what looked like a hamstring injury.
Maddison had continued his fine form and celebrated his England call-up by breaking the deadlock.
He swept home into the roof of the net for his seventh Prem goal of the season.
But his joy was short-lived as he went down and held the back of his leg before being withdrawn 13 minutes later.

The extent of the injury isn’t known at this early stage, but it would be a cruel blow to arguably England’s most in-form player.
Maddison’s strike in East London was his 11th goal involvement in 13 top-flight games this season.
Fans have been reacting to the news on Twitter.
