ENGLAND captain Leah Williamson fought back the tears as she lifted the Euro 2022 trophy on a glorious Sunday evening.
The Lionesses secured their first ever European Championship title when Chloe Kelly fired home a late winner in the 111th minute of the game.

The Lionesses’ win was the perfect end to a historic tournament, where the overall attendance over the three-and-a-half weeks has more than doubled that of previous years.
