MARCUS RASHFORD has enjoyed a career revival this season after a torrid 2021-22 campaign.
The 25-year-old has forced his way back into the England squad and is part of Gareth Southgate’s quest for glory at the World Cup.
But returning to form has been a long road for the Manchester United ace.
It started back in June at Nike’s HQ in Oregon.
There he was put through his paces by a team of expert fitness coaches and sports scientists, according to the Daily Mail.
Rashford was even told to cut down on the amount of sports massages he was having to help his body recover more naturally.

They also made adjustments to his running technique and posture.
While most were still relaxing on holiday, Rashford was doing sprints on an elevated 200m track and running strapped to bungee cords, or 50kg weights.
He also spent time training in Los Angeles and New Jersey before the current campaign got underway.
Posting evidence of his hard work to Instagram at the time, Rashford wrote: “Just the start.”

He missed the start of last season due to shoulder injury before returning in October but stuttering through the rest of the campaign.
But Rashford is now reaping the rewards for his hard work over the summer.
