GARETH SOUTHGATE has released his England World Cup squad numbers – and they suggest Marcus Rashford could play a big role.
The Three Lions arrived at St George’s Park today to report for duty ahead of flying out to Qatar.
Now each of his players know exactly what shirt they will be wearing in the Middle East.
And Manchester United stars Marcus Rashford could be set for a key role under Southgate after they were both given numbers in the opening XI.
The forward has returned to form this term and saw him win a place in England’s World Cup squad, despite not having played for his country since the Euro final nearly 18 months ago.
Now he will be hoping to continue his club form on the international stage after being given the No.11 jersey.
