WERDER BREMEN scored three times in the final five minutes to come from two goals down and snatch a stunning 3-2 victory at Borussia Dortmund.
Dortmund led 2-0 thanks to goals from Julian Brandt and Raphael Guerreiro but threw the game away late on.
Lee Buchanan sparked an unlikely comeback with his 89th minute strike before Niklas Schmidt equalised in stoppage time.
There was more drama to come as seconds later former Sheffield United and West Brom star Oliver Burke fired in the winner just before the final whistle.

After the match Dortmund manager Edin Terzic said: “We are unfortunately talking about a deserved defeat.

Bremen dominated in terms of shots and finished the match with 14 efforts to Dortmund’s six.
But it was Terzic’s side who doubled their lead when Guerreiro struck from 25 yards out.
The visitors refused to give up and scored what might have been a consolation goal through England under-21 star Buchanan, whose expert finish found the top corner.
But Schmidt drew them level before Burke’s stunning winner deep in stoppage time, which left Dortmund on six points from their first three games.
Champions Bayern Munich, also on six, are in action at VfL Bochum on Sunday.
Ruhr valley rivals Schalke 04 are still waiting for their first league win since their return to the top flight this season following a goalless draw against VfL Wolfsburg.
