BRIGHTON have drawn up a four-man shortlist as they look to replace Graham Potter.
Potter, 47, left the Seagulls for Chelsea after Thomas Tuchel was brutally sacked by new Blues owner Todd Boehly.
According to the Telegraph, the Premier League side are now considering moves for Kjetil Knutsen and Roberto De Zerbi.
They will step up their recruitment process next week.
Brighton want a manager who will continue Potter’s legacy of utilising youth players and focus on a possession-based game.
Knutsen, 53, coaches FK Bodo/Glimt, where he has performed miracles.

The Norwegian side are currently playing in the Europa League.
While last season, they reached the quarter-finals of the Europa Conference League, thrashing Jose Mourinho’s Roma en route.
De Zerbi, 43, is currently a free agent following spells with Serie A side Sassuolo and Shaktar Donetsk.
The Italian was coaching in the Ukraine until July, before he was forced to leave because of the war with Russia.

Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou and Nottingham Forest’s Steve Cooper have also been linked with the vacant post.
However, the report adds that neither are considered serious candidates.
