The 40-year-old’s full name is Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, although he’s always been known as Kaka.
He enjoyed a glistening career, winning silverware for both club and country.
Kaka lifted the World Cup with Brazil in 2002 and also featured at the next two tournaments.
He also won Serie A and the Champions League with AC Milan and La Liga with Real Madrid, along with many other domestic trophies.
Following 17 years in the professional game, Kaka finally hung up his boots in 2017 after three seasons in the MLS with Orlando City.

He replied: “It’s because of my brother, my young brother.
“He’s three years younger than me and when we were kids, he couldn’t say my name, he couldn’t say Ricardo, so he used to call my Kaka.”
Keys then asked: ” Did he do you a favour or did he curse you?
Kaka responded: “I think he blessed me because now everyone calls me Kaka, the nickname is recognised around the world.”
