SADIO MANE has reportedly agreed to a three-year deal with Bayern with the Germans to submit an improved transfer offer to Liverpool.
Mane, 30, rocked Liverpool after deciding to quit Anfield this summer.
The main interest in his services have come from German champions Bayern, who have seen two bids already rejected.
However, a fresh report from Bild indicates Mane has agreed personal terms on a three-year deal, with the Bavarians ready to submit a new and improved offer of £34.6million.
Jurgen Klopp will not stand in the way of a deal for Mane, who was one of the first signings he made as Liverpool boss when he brought him to the club in 2016.
The main sticking point comes down to whether Liverpool will see this bid as acceptable considering their valuation of £42million for the winger.

The structure of this deal is said to be at least £30million up front, with the rest coming as add-ons.
Bayern’s second offer for Mane also included add-ons, but Liverpool laughed off the bid which contained some outrageous clauses, including one which required Mane to win the Ballon d’Or three years in a row.
That bid also only came out to a maximum of £30million. With a much more serious bid tabled there could be some movement in the coming days.
Mane’s Senegal coach Aliou Cisse has urged Mane to make the switch, saying he thinks the 30-year-old will “feel best” with a new challenge at Bayern.
On Bayern’s end talisman Robert Lewandowksi has confirmed his intention to leave the club this summer, stating he will not sign a new contract with them.
Chelsea and Barcelona are the two clubs most frequently linked with signing the Polish international.
Liverpool have already agreed a deal for Mane’s replacement Darwin Nunez. The 22-year-old will join from Benfica for a deal which could be worth up to £85million when all is said and done.
Other exits from Anfield include cult hero Divock Origi who left on free agency, and the expected departure of Takumi Minamino, who has had a £17million price tag put on his head.
