FULHAM are close to signing Arsenal right-back Cedric Soares.
The 31-year-old has featured just four times for the Gunners this season.
He has been told he can leave Arsenal in January with boss Mikel Arteta open to offloading the fringe star.
Cedric is set to join Fulham on a permanent deal.
The Whites were reported to be keen on Cedric in the summer and have reignited their interest in the defender.
His only start this campaign was in the Carabao Cup defeat to Brighton.
