BRAZILIAN teenage star Marquinhos has become Arsenal’s first signing of the summer.
The Gunners have secured a deal in the region of £3million for the Brazilian who has broken through at Sao Paulo, according to reports.

However, Arsenal have only paid the £3m fee as a token gesture to the Brazilian club, in an attempt to maintain the “spectacular relationship” between the two clubs.
The Gunners could announce the signing on June 10, when the summer transfer window opens.
The deal comes as a result of technical director Edu Gaspar’s connection with Sao Paulo, which is the reason the forward didn’t leave the club on a free transfer.
