“And that has really improved my right hand and putting my shoulder really into my shots.
“I’m driving the ball around 400 yards and I think it really has helped.
“I hit around 200 balls a day as part of my training, we do loads of different things to spice things up.”

He grinned: “I know most people look forward to after the fight, getting it over with and celebrating.
“But I enjoy every moment, even a 12-round fight goes too quickly. I’d rather go all day.
“Normal people will hear that and think I’m a lunatic but I really do love being in the ring and punched in the face.
