OLEKSANDR USYK returned to his home in Ukraine today to find that his garden had been destroyed by Russian soldiers while he was out of the country.
The Ukrainian heavyweight boxer, 35, shared a series of images of the destruction on his Instagram story.
One of the pictures shows his back garden almost completely demolished with much of the grass dug up by what looks to be tank tread marks.
Usyk himself didn’t appear to be too fazed by the damage though as he posed for a picture outside his home with the Ukraine flag raised next to him.
This comes just a few weeks after Usyk defeated Anthony Joshua for the second time to retain his WBA, WBO and IBF championship belts.
The Ukrainian came out on top following a split decision thriller in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

After the fight, he suggested that he will retire if his next bout is not against WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury.
Usyk said: “I’m sure that Tyson Fury is not retired yet. I’m convinced he wants to fight me.
“I want to fight him and if I’m not fighting Tyson Fury, I’m not fighting at all.”
Fury has already accepted the call out, with the huge fight expected to take place at the beginning of 2023.
