JAKE PAUL claimed NO boxer has ‘a big enough name’ to fight him other than ex-world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

The YouTube star-turned prizefighter has faced criticism for not yet facing a recognised boxer in his 5-0 career.

But the internet personality admitted he is lacking pay-per-view worthy names to fight, leaving him with only former middleweight title holder Chavez Jr, 35.

Paul, 25, told MMA Fighting: “There’s really no boxers who have a big enough name to make it an interesting enough event that are really near my weight class or experience level.

“It would basically be like fighting for the world title would be the only fight that would sell and I don’t even know who the cruiserweight champion is.

“I think ‘Canelo was supposed to fight him but it just doesn’t make any sense.

“It’s my sixth fight and this guy’s a world champion. So nobody really has a big enough name in the boxing world than maybe Chavez Jr.”

Chavez Jr is the son of Mexican icon Julio Cesar Sr and formerly reigned as the WBC middleweight champ.

The unbeaten Brit has called to reschedule his grudge match with Paul, but has been told to earn it the hard way.

Paul said: “He’s delusional and he sort of missed his chance and his opportunity.

“I sort of want him to fight Tyron Woodley and see what happens there.

“Because I think Tyron would knock Tommy out, so, I almost want to have them fight.

“Tommy, people only know him because of me, and so I want him to go get some of your own fans, or clout, or go do some other thing.

“Then, maybe we could run it back after that.”
