THE “world’s sexiest athlete” Alica Schmidt was pictured back in training as she ramps up her preparation for her next race.
The German athlete was pictured working up a sweat during a training session.
But even in the middle of an intense training session, the 24-year-old kept her glamorous looks.
In the training footage Alica is put through her paces.
According to the World Athletics organisation’s site, Alica is ranked at 64 in the world rankings for 400m.
This is something she is desperate to improve, after helping her nation into the final of last summer’s European Championships but failing to pick up a medal.

She posted a video to her Instagram page of her training, with the video written over by text saying: “Give yourself 6 months.
“Work hard, stay consistent and watch yourself be in a completely different space, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.”
Alica was dubbed the “world’s sexiest athlete” back in 2017 by Australian magazine Busted Coverage.
However, it is a tag she insists means very little to her.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, she said: “This title doesn’t mean anything to me.
“It’s based on a subjective opinion of someone else judging the appearance of a person. I like to think that beauty comes from the inside!”
She was also named on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list earlier this year.
