ALICA SCHMIDT showed off her amazing runners’ body with a snap from her holiday in Thailand.
The German athlete has been enjoying some time in the sun in South-East Asia but now appears to be back to the grind.
Schmidt, known as the ‘world’s sexiest athlete’, shared a stunning photo on Instagram wearing a black crop top and matching skirt.
She captioned the post: “Not how long, but how well you have lived is the main thing.”
The 400m runner has shared several photos from her trip to Thailand and set pulses racing with sizzling seaside snaps.
But now Schmidt is back in Germany and on the track as her season gets underway.

She shared a life update on her Instagram stories, saying: “First track session today.
“Off season is almost over. I am now slowly starting again let’s see how my first running session in weeks will be.”
An hour late Schmidt was back on the track and moments after shared another video showing her on her haunches.
She captioned it: “This was tougher than I thought.”

A later update said: “Even the former program my trainer gave was still too long for me today.
“But every beginning is difficult and you always notice progress so quickly.
“Today’s training is actually our regeneration program, so it takes place on our relaxed training days.
“It’s a good thing that today was already too strenuous for me. I’m looking forward to being so fit again that things will be easier for me.”
