WAYNE ROONEY has turned down the chance to sign Ravel Morrison after it was revealed that he pinched his boots while at Manchester United.
Old Trafford flop Morrison admitted he used to steal from the club’s top stars including Rooney to help feed his family.

He would sneak into the changing room, snatch the gear and then sell it on to buy takeaways.
Morrison is now on the lookout for a new club after leaving Dutch side ADO Den Haag in January.
The 28-year-old is reportedly in talks with clubs from the Championship and La Liga over a move.
But Rooney, who does not appear to hold a grudge, does not want him at Pride Park.
He said: “Obviously I know Ravel because I played with him, but I am happy with the squad I’ve got, it’s a good squad of players.
“I hope Ravel can find a club which he deserves, because he’s a fantastic player, and I wish him all the best.
“I can’t recall him taking my boots, so he can have them.”
Morrison has also revealed he would change ’90 per cent’ of his life if he could go back to his senior debut.

He emerged as one of the club’s promising prospects when he made his debut against Wolves in 2010, aged 17.
But he made just two more appearances for the Red Devils before he joined West Ham in January 2012.
Meanwhile, Rio Ferdinand has claimed he was almost reduced to tears after reading Sir Alex Ferguson’s text message about Ravel Morrison.
