NICOLO BARELLA was given his marching orders after PUNCHING Real Madrid’s Eder Militao in the leg.
The Inter Milan star lashed out at the Real defender after the pair tussled over a loose ball at the Bernabeu.
Militao narrowly appeared to beat the visiting midfielder for pace before dishing out a solid shoulder-barge on the touchline.
That sent Barella flying into the advertising hoardings as the ball went dead.
And the 24-year-old reacted furiously as he lashed out at his opponent just after the hour mark.
Barella rolled over and threw out a ferocious right-hook at Militao’s leg – missing with his fist but connecting with the crook of his arm.
The Brazil international was less than impressed with the lower-body assault and appeared to shove the Inter man back to the floor.
Barella then nimbly sprang to his feet through Militao’s legs before team-mates piled into the melee.
