The pair have been on an emotional rollercoaster with rumours of cheating and countless cryptic messages on social media.
But things appear to be well and truly back on track for the man-and-wife duo as they got up close and personal for the professional shot.
Paris Saint-Germain striker Icardi shared the intimate portrait on his Instagram account with the romantic caption: “You and me, my favorite phrase.”
And Wag Wanda seems to have agreed as she shared the image to her Instagram Stories, adding simply ‘marry me’.
The pair in fact wed back in 2014 but have been sailing on choppy waters in recent months.
They were involved in a public spat when Wanda accused her husband of cheating with an Argentine model.
A brief break is then rumoured to have followed before Icardi won his wife back, penning a loving letter to ease the tension between them.

Wanda had posted a series of snaps on her Instagram account without her wedding ring and claimed she felt better without it.
But the footy couple smoothed things over and recently jetted off to Dubai for some much-needed sun during the international break.

The 28-year-old has struggled to make an impact at the Parc des Princes this season with a goal-tally of just three.
