TOTTENHAM are reportedly eyeing up a shock move to bring Arsenal icon Aaron Ramsey back to North London.
The 30-year-old midfielder only linked up with Juventus two years ago, but it is understood that the Wales international is already up for sale.
Despite running his contract down at the Emirates, Ramsey is considered as a legend by fans after scooping five honours under Arsene Wenger.
He won three FA Cups during his 11-year stint with Arsenal, with Ramsey scoring the winning goals in the 2014 and 2017 finals, as well as firing home against Manchester City in the 2014 Community Shield triumph.
But Ramsey risks incurring the wrath of Arsenal supporters should he complete a controversial transfer to the club’s main rivals.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport via the Metro, Juventus are keen to get the £250,000-a-week player of their wage bill.
And Spurs’ Managing Director of Football Fabio Paratici is eyeing up a reunion with Ramsey in England’s capital.
Paratici proved key in helping the Old Lady secure Ramsey’s services in 2019 and it has been claimed he remains a huge admirer of him.
Tottenham are believed to be desperate to bolster their midfield this summer as the club look to find a suitable partner for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
The Italian news outlet has stated that Juve are aware that their signing of Ramsey has not worked out, despite him winning the Serie A, Coppa Italia and Super Cup.

He was limited to just 13 top-flight starts in the 2020-21 campaign, and has missed a total of 25 games due to injuries in two years.
Along with Spurs, Wolves are also said to be interested in luring Ramsey back to the Premier League.
Speaking ahead of Euro 2020, Ramsey remarked: “It has been a quite challenging time over the past couple of seasons.
“There have been many factors and changes that I haven’t been used to.
“In the end, now I have got my own team around me who are focused on me, to get myself into the best possible shape.
“Football is a team sport and a lot of the time it is about the team and everybody doing the same things when maybe some players need a bit more attention.
“So I take it into my own hands and have the right people around me to try to come up with the best possible plan to get myself back into a place where I am feeling good and confident again.”
