ROMELU LUKAKU is keen on a move back to Chelsea because he has unfinished business at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have failed with two attempts to sign the Inter Milan striker, most recently a bid of £85MILLION that included defender Marcos Alonso.
Inter want the European champions to come up with at least £100m.
SunSport understands Lukaku wants to finally show he is the real deal in west London.
The 28-year-old was not given a decent crack at proving himself when he was a Chelsea player at the start of his career before being flogged to Everton for £28m in 2014.
Lukaku made just ten Prem appearances for the Blues having joined as an 18-year-old from Anderlecht three years earlier.
But now having been targeted as the striker owner Roman Abramovich wants to lead a title tilt, the Belgian knows he will finally be valued as the main man at Chelsea.
Though he is aware this could be the last chance to be snapped up by a club capable of competing with the best in Europe, the former Manchester United man will not agitate for a move away from Inter.
He would have been happy to remain with the club after two successful seasons in Italy where his game has moved onto another level.
But it is hard for Inter to compete with the kind of ambition that a move to Chelsea offers.

The Blues are fresh off the back of a Champions League win, with an exciting squad needing just a world class centre-forward to be able to challenge champions Manchester City.
In contrast, though Inter won Serie A last season, they have lost boss Antonio Conte and already flogged defender Achraf Hakimi to Paris Saint-Germain to bring in much-needed money.
Inter expect Chelsea to return with an improved third bid by the weekend but defender Alonso, 30, is understood to need convincing that moving to Milan is right for him.
