The home side look set to be without Martin Terrier who came off at the weekend with a thigh problem.
Belgium’s flying winger Jeremy Doku is also out, while Rennes will hope to call on Alfred Gomis again.
For Spurs, Son Heung-min is set to miss out as he recovers from a knock while Eric Dier went off injured against Palace.
With a number of players out, Bryan Gil and Pierluigi Gollini could be given a chance to impress.
