LIVERPOOL’S injury crisis has deepened after James Milner hobbled off early against Leicester.
The 35-year-old was making just his seventh league start of the season, but lasted just 17 minutes.

He was withdrawn for Thiago with a suspected muscle injury, much to his frustration.
He is now likely to go for scans but will be a major doubt for Liverpool’s Champions League knockout first-leg with RB Leipzig on Tuesday.
Jurgen Klopp already has a whole host of key names on the treatment table including Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Joel Matip and Fabinho.
Van Dijk is ruled out for the season with an ACL injury while Gomez and Matip are also likely to miss the rest of the campaign.
Diogo Jota, Naby Keita and January centre-back signing Ben Davies are also sidelined with injuries.
Klopp was forced to hand new centre-back signing Ozan Kabak his debut against the Foxes alongside makeshift defender Jordan Henderson.
After taking on Leipzig, Liverpool then host neighbours Everton at Anfield and the boss will be desperate to have some players back for the contest.
The next two matches could define their season having surrendered their title defence so far to Manchester City.
Before their match against Leicester, the Reds were ten points adrift of Pep Guardiola’s side.
