Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hailed David de Gea for his stoppage-time save in the Red Devils’ 2-1 win over West Ham.
He said of the Spaniard: “He is a different man.
“He asked to come back early from pre-season and he wanted to show how good he is.

Arsenal legend Paul Merson has criticised Ben White following his error against Burnley.
Merson told Sky Sports: “He [Aaron Ramsdale] made a great decision for the backpass.

England boss Gareth Southgate announced that England will pay tribute to the legendary Jimmy Greaves before their game with Hungary at Wembley Stadium next month.

Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes is closing in on a new five-year contract worth more than £250,000-a-week, reports SunSport’s Daniel Cutts.
Fernandes has been persuaded to stay after the signing of Portugal team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo and major investment in the transfer market.
The attacking midfielder – who was wanted by Real Madrid and Barcelona – will increase his salary by nearly £100,000-a-week with the new deal.

The details of the eye-watering deal were leaked by L’Equipe, who claim Messi will earn as much as Neymar and more than Kylian Mbappe.
If the star forward honours the agreement then it’s been said he will receive a net salary of €110m (£94m) over the next three seasons.
