A PETITION has been launched to have England’s triumphant clash against Denmark REPLAYED.
Some fans were furious that Raheem Sterling was awarded a penalty after taking a tumble in the Euro 2020 semi-final clash.
And it was also revealed that in the build up to that penalty there were TWO balls on the pitch.
England have also being hit with three charges for Uefa, one being for a fan shining a laser in Denmark keeper Kasper Schmeichel’s eyes for the spot-kick.
The other two are for fans booing the Danish national anthem, and for fireworks being set off.
One angry football fan, Cris Pinto, has started a petition on Change.org titled ‘Rematch England vs Denmark’.
It reads: “We wish to overule the penalty decision against Denmark.
“It was a wrong call, there needs to be contact for a penalty and there was absolutely no contact.
“If this is not overuled, it would show a failure by Uefa and the beautiful game of football.”
Over 1,500 people have signed the petition so far.

The Three Lions needed extra-time to beat the Danes after it finished 1-1 at the end of normal time.
They will meet Italy in Sunday’s final at Wembley – with touts flogging tickets for up to £50,000.
Despite the anger from fans of other teams, streetwise Sterling – who is in line for the man-of-the-tournament – was adamant it was a pen.
He said: “I went into the box and he stuck his right leg out, and it touched my leg so it was a clear penalty.”
