FORMER England star Jamie Carragher is tipping the Three Lions to WIN Euro 2020 – but in nail-biting fashion.
Gareth Southgate’s boys face Italy in the final on Sunday after beating Denmark 2-1 after extra-time in the semis.
And Carragher, who won 38 caps for England, thinks Harry Kane and Co will be celebrating long into the night.
Speaking to Sky Sports, former Liverpool centre-half Carragher predicted how the game would go.
He said: “I think it will be a very tight game. I think it may go to penalties and England come out victorious.
“We have done a lot of work on penalties, so let’s not let that go to waste!
“I don’t think there will be too many goals in the game. Italy are very strong defensively, so are England.
“I think it will be 1-1 and then go to penalties.
“I think it’s the right final. I think they have been the two most impressive teams in this competition – and winner takes all on Sunday.”
Italy are on a stunning record 33-game unbeaten run after former Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has completely transformed the team.

They topped Group A winning all their games, then defeated Austria in the last-16, Belgium in the quarter-finals and Spain on penalties in the semis.
History is not on England’s side as they head into the mouthwatering Wembley clash.
In four games against the Italians in major tournaments, England have never won.
And penalties has settled it before.
Alessandro Diamanti struck the decisive spot-kick as Italy edged past England 4-2 on penalties in the Euro 2012 quarter-finals.
