CHELSEA boss Thomas Tuchel could swoop for Paris Saint-Germain‘s midfield starlet Kays Ruiz-Atil this summer.
The Frenchman, 18, made his PSG debut under Tuchel earlier this season but has fallen out of favour since Mauricio Pochettino became boss.

Stamford Bridge officials are already understood to have held talks with the former Barcelona schoolboy’s advisors, having first shown interest last season.
And reports in France claim Chelsea will step up their interest as Ruiz-Atil will be available for free when his contract expires at the end of the term.
Negotiations over a new PSG contract have stalled, with worries over limited game-time and a dispute over bonuses thought to be the main issues.
And Pochettino demoted the Lyon-born central player to the French champions’ Under-19 squad at the start of this month
So he is tipped to leave PSG in the summer one way or another.
Ruiz-Atil is a graduate of Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy, before swapping the Catalan capital for PSG in 2015
Tuchel showed his faith by handing the Under-19 international seven senior appearances last autumn.
And after his progress dipped under ex-Tottenham chief Pochettino, Ruiz-Atil would surely be excited if given the chance to reunite with Tuchel.
German Tuchel initially raised eyebrows by dropping academy products Reece James and Mason Mount from his first Chelsea line-up.
But both are now in the side amid Tuchel’s unbeaten start of a draw followed by three wins.
In fact, fellow youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi has hailed Tuchel’s early focus on teen prospects.

The England winger, 20, said: “He s looking at the Academy and looking at the young players playing already and he wants to make sure they develop well.
“So whether it is coming up to train with the first team or whether they are in the first team already, trying to get games or playing games, he wants you to improve.
“I feel like he has come here to try to improve everybody, as a player and as a team as well.”
