Bruno Fernandes, Mason Greenwood and Edinson Cavani got on the scoresheet in a second half fightback for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.
Ollie Watkins saw red for Villa, his second yellow card coming for a dive in the box.

MANCHESTER UNITED came from behind at Aston Villa to keep Manchester City’s title party on ice.
Bertrand Traore put the hosts ahead after 24 minutes before a Bruno Fernandes penalty, a Mason Greenwood strike and Edinson Cavani’s header gave United all three points.
Harry Maguire went off injured in the second half.
And Ollie Watkins was sent off late on for a second yellow after a dive in the penalty box.
