NOTTINGHAM FOREST have completed the loan signing of Arsenal right-back Jordi Osei-Tutu until the end of the season.
It is the 22-year-old’s third loan spell away from the Emirates as Mikel Arteta looks for him to play regular first-team football.
Osei-Tutu, who joined Arsenal’s academy from Reading in 2015, linked up with German outfit VfL Bochum for the 2019-20 campaign.
After five goals in 22 appearances for the club, he was then shipped off to Cardiff last term.
But he managed just eight games after suffering a serious hamstring injury in October followed by an ankle problem in May.
And he will be now eyeing up a regular run of games having become Forest’s third signing of the summer.
Speaking to Forest’s website following the move, the defender said: “I’m delighted to sign for such a historic club and I can’t wait to see the fans for the first time.
“Everything about the club attracted me and the manager, Chris Hughton, is great and I’m excited to get started.
“It’s really important for me to get my head down now and it’s good to know that I’m here for a full season and I want to show everyone what I can do.
“I know what to expect in the division, it’s a very tough and physical league but I’m ready for the challenge ahead.”

Forest boss Chris Hughton added: “After bringing in Philip Zinckernagel at the weekend, I am pleased that we are now able to bring in another player of real pedigree in Jordi.
“At 22, he has good experience of coming through the highly regarded system at Arsenal and also plenty of league experience via two loans spells.
“His spell at Bochum was particularly impressive and he is another player who gives us some flexibility and options.
“He is a highly thought of young player and adds to the competition for places that we’re seeking in this window.”
