ARSENAL have been given a transfer boost with Borussia Dortmund refusing to rule out selling Julian Brandt this month.
However, the Germans insist they are yet to receive any offers after the playmaker was tipped for an Emirates switch.

Brandt, 24, is in his second season with Dortmund but has failed to score in 13 Bundesliga appearances, leading to talks of an early exit.
Reports on Friday claimed Arsenal players are already ‘discussing’ his potential arrival.
And Gunners chief Edu admitted last month he is searching for a creative midfielder to unlock stubborn defences.
Arsenal are believed to have made Brandt their top target after cooling interest in Lyon’s Houssem Aouar.
Real Madrid’s Isco had caught Mikel Arteta’s eye, but he is expected to join Sevilla instead.
And Arsenal have now been given encouragement in their pursuit of Brandt after Dortmund’s Head of Sport Michael Zorc refused to rule out a sale.
However, he was quick to add that there have been no approaches for Brandt so far.
Zorc said via Bild: “[Brandt to Arsenal?] I read that too, I can’t say more about it.
“There is nothing on the table, and not even in the fax machine.”
If Brandt does stay, Dortmund will hope he can recapture the form that saw him net seven times last season.
Prior to his Black and Yellows switch in 2019, Brandt scored 41 times in 214 games for Bayer Leverkusen.
Brandt is also a regular in the German national side and has three goals in 35 caps while winning the Confederations Cup in 2017.
