Conte, 51, is said to be concerned over the quality of Spurs’ squad, and their ability to contend at the top of the division.
But assurances from Daniel Levy, as well as a nice pay packet, should soon see to those worries.
According to the Mirror, Conte could be offered an incredible salary of up to £15m-a-year – in addition to funds being made available to spend on the squad.
Levy, 59, is also reportedly bullish over his chances of keeping Harry Kane at Tottenham.
And Conte is eager to work with the England skipper.
Should the Italian take the job, only Pep Guardiola would earn more than him in the Premier League.
The former Barcelona boss rakes in around £20m per season at Manchester City.
While Conte’s new salary would tie him with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp.

FA Cup-winning Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers doubled his salary in late 2019, taking his wage up to £10m-a-year.
While Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa reportedly earns more than Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Thomas Tuchel.
The Argentine, 65, has worked wonders at Elland Road – and is said to have been rewarded with an £8m-a-year salary.
Solskjaer, meanwhile, takes in £7.5m-a-year.
While Tuchel, who albeit is set for a new deal after winning the Champions League, pockets £7m-a-year from Chelsea.
