LOGAN PAUL insists his clash with Floyd Mayweather will be a ‘war’ and claims his plan is to ‘decapitate him in the first round’.
The YouTube star is taking on the boxing legend in Miami, Florida on Sunday night in what has been labelled an ‘exhibition’ which consists of eight three-minute rounds.
Many have written off the possibility of Paul having any chance of winning the contest given his only professional bout came in defeat to fellow internet sensation KSI 18 months ago.
But Logan feels he has gotten under Mayweather’s skin during the build-up, most notably when his brother Jake stole the 50-0 fighter’s hat during their press conference.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: “It’s not an exhibition. What exhibition is eight three-minute rounds? You know, this is a fight.
“If Floyd didn’t want to rip my head off before my brother took his hat, now he’s trying to kill me.
“He’s trying to make an example of the big brother so the younger brother has to suffer, watch and witness. I don’t know if you’ve seen Scarface but that’s what he’s trying to do.”
The general premise of an exhibition contest is that there are no knockouts and that it takes place over just three rounds with large gloves to minimise punch harm or impact.
But this eight-round bout does not contain the usual facets of an exhibition, with Paul insisting it will be a full-blown fight.
“It’s going to be a war,” he added. “I’m not going to make this s**t easy for him. We’ve been training our a**es off for eight months now to fight this guy.

🥊 MAYWEATHER VS LOGAN PAUL: Where will the fight take place, what TV channel and live stream will it be on?
“I’m 30 pounds heavier, six or seven inches taller, half his age and hungry. I’ve got nothing to lose. I have nothing to lose. I’m going in there with that energy and he has everything to lose.
“There’s a lot on the table for him and not a lot on the table for me. That’s a dangerous man.
“For those people telling me that it’s impossible, you’d be lying if you said there wasn’t a chance I could beat him.
“So yeah, I think I’m going to go in there and decapitate him in the first round. And if it doesn’t happen we’re going for the second, and the third, and the fourth.
“Who knows, it could go the distance but it’s going to be a f***ing show regardless.”
