WREXHAM goalkeeper Rob Lainton was hospitalised after being knocked unconscious in Saturday’s game with Bromley.
The game was stopped for 30 minutes to safely treat the player but he has since been discharged.

A seemingly innocuous clash between the 31-year-old and opposition forward James Alabi left him sprawled out on the turf.
Medics rushed onto the field and both sets of players were told to return to the dressing rooms.
The game was stopped for 30 minutes as Lainton was treated at Hayes Lane.
An ambulance arrived and took the goalkeeper to nearby Princess Royal University Hospital.
Both clubs wished him well as play was eventually allowed to resume.
Bromley posted online: “Everyone at Bromley Football Club would like to offer our best wishes to Rob Lainton in his recovery.”
The National League match restarted with 26 minutes added on as first-half injury time.
And Wrexham later confirmed that the goalkeeper has been allowed to leave hospital.
A club statement on Saturday evening read: “Rob Lainton has been discharged from hospital and will return with the team this evening.”
Adi Yussuf rescued the Red Dragons a point with a second-half goal to cancel out Michael Cheek’s opener.
Lainton came through the ranks at Bolton before stints with Bury and Port Vale.
In 2018, he signed for Wrexham on an initial loan deal and has been an ever-present for the North Wales side this season.
