William Saliba and Alexis Sanchez among stars who could feature in final Prem games if coronavirus sees season extended

ALEXIS SANCHEZ and William Saliba could play in the final Premier League games of THIS season if the campaign is extended.

All games have been postponed until at least the first weekend of April although that could increase as the deadly coronavirus continues to spread globally.

It means the season is likely to be extended into the summer with matches being played beyond June and into July.

In that scenario, clubs and players will find themselves in chaos over expiring contracts and loan deals coming to an end.

SunSport has revealed the list of players whose futures are in limbo with contracts at their clubs expiring in the summer.

But also facing uncertainty are the stars who are currently out on loan from their parent clubs.

With their loan deals expiring on June 30, there is a possibility they could return to see out the rest of the Premier League season if and when it does continue.

The likes of Alexis Sanchez, who is on loan at Inter Milan, could head back to Manchester United as they push for a Champions League qualification.

Sheffield United’s No1 Dean Henderson is also only on loan at Bramall Lane and may be forced to return to Old Trafford.

Arsenal have centre-back William Saliba on loan at Saint Etienne following his £27million move last summer.

His arrival for the final few games could prove an unexpected boost for Mikel Arteta.

The Gunners are also set to welcome back midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan who has enjoyed a season with Roma.

Chelsea also have a whole host of players out on loan including midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, Victor Moses and Davide Zappacosta.

Here is a full list of players from every Premier League side who will welcome players back to their club in the summer.
